Armodafinil based drugs work by activating the Orexin peptide by stimulating the Orexin receptors (OX1, OX2). As the peptide is activated, the body programs itself to inhibit the reuptake of Dopamine, resulting in an accumulation of the neurotransmitter. Dopamine is mostly responsible for cognitive enhancement and for wakefulness purposes. Along with these medications, Norepinephrine, Histamine and Serotonin are also increased, giving the body a rush of wakefulness and activeness. Usually the effect of Armodafinil smart drugs lasts for 13-15 hours.



The medication is mostly considered one of the strongest due to the fact that the medication at half the quantity of any Modafinil smart drug is more potent than other smart drugs. Hence it is considered one of the strongest smart drugs.
