•    You should not exceed taking 300 mg of Tramadol in a single day
•    The dose of the medicine can be increased or decreased, but it should be under doctor’s supervision. One should not exceed the dose more than 300 mg per day
•    You can take the pain med with food or even without food
•      Do not break or split the tablet, take it as a whole
•    Never mix pain med with alcohol
